Please return the goods unworn and in the original box with all labels and tags. Please do not use sticky tape on the box.
If you are returning your order for another size, please enclose a note specifying the replacement size you require. Remember, always specify sizes in UK or EU sizes.
If you are unsure about the size you require please refer to the size information at the top of this section.
If you wish to change your order for another style it will be quicker if you ask for a refund on your original order and then re-order the style you want. (See information on Refunds below).
NB. If your order is incorrect or the goods are in any way faulty we will replace them without charge and refund you the value of the postage on the packet against your original payment.
Please wrap the box well, to protect it, and enclose a cheque or Postal Order for the return P&P. Cheques should be made in favour of Viva Trading (UK) Co Ltd.

Unless you specify otherwise, your exchange goods will be sent to
the same delivery address as before.
Refunds.
Return orders should be wrapped and packed in the same way as
Exchanges. Returns should be sent to the Customer Care address
above.
If you want a refund, for whatever reason, you must email us within
7 days of receipt of the goods stating your Minnetonka order number
and Transaction ID number. We would appreciate it if you would
briefly state the reason for requesting a refund.
Goods must be returned in a saleable condition as indicated in the
Exchanges section above. Goods should reach us no later than 14 days
from the time you received them.
Providing the goods are in an acceptable condition we will refund
the value of the goods, via our Payment Company, to the account you
used to make the payment.
A 50p transaction charge will be deducted from the value of the
goods to cover the cost of the refund.
However, if we have sent an order in error, or the goods were in
some way faulty, the total value including the P&P charge will be
refunded and no transaction charge will be made.
Refunds are normally processed within 48 hours but, due to the
banking system, it may take a few days for the funds to reach your
account.
